TRX Push-ups with Alternating Hip Flexion

While no one exercise is better than another, combing movement patterns can be an excellent way to challenge your entire nervous system.  Therefore, one of my new favorite exercises is a TRX push-up with alternating hip flexion. This movement challenges many of your bio-motor abilities including: strength, balance, anaerobic endurance, and flexibility.  Next workout, try 3 sets of 45-60 seconds the next time you workout and let me know what you think.
